I'm a young professional seeking shared living accommodations. I have a small dog (pug) who is very friendly, and a car - pet friendly, parking, and onsite laundry would be perferred. I also come with some furniture.

I'm responsible, tidy and I get along with most people very well. I enjoy cooking, music and movies. A non smoker and a female would be best, but not a must.

We are two 24 year old Australians venturing to the Toronto area in April 2008 on a two year work visa.

We are both Accounting professionals with over 3 years experience each & will be looking to find placement in this area - however will obviously be looking to take up whatever opportunities come our way.

Ideally we are looking to find ourselves in a condo/apartment in a safe area with close access to all public transport. Internet access is a must (so we can keep in touch with home) and a private bathroom would be a plus but not essential.

Would prefer a female roommate, as my partner would be more comfortable in this circumstance.

We are both quiet, tidy, and very rarely venture out and return home late – an in a foreign city this may be even less of an occurrence. Basically the perfect roommates ; -)

Upon arrival we will have sufficient funds to provide for bond and rent for several months if necessary (although we expect to find employment comfortably).
